Soleil House is perfectly located, just one block from the beach in the historic San Jacinto neighborhood of Galveston. It is close enough to the seawall to walk to the beach but not right on the beach so you can escape the hustle and bustle for some quiet r&r too! When you book Soleil House you won't need to pay for parking on the seawall, you can leave your car at the house and walk the easy 1-minute walk to the beach.
Our location is also ideal for walking to restaurants, bars, shops, and more. We are within easy walking distance of Murdochs, Pleasure Pier, duck boat tours, surf and paddle board lessons, etc. You can rent a bike or scooter from just a block away and see more of the island that way and we are a short trolley (1 block from the station) or $5 Uber ride to pretty much anywhere else on the island: The Strand, Bishop's Palace, Moody Gardens, The Convention Center, Schlitterbahn Water Park, The Ferry, and more. Here for a night before or after your cruise? We are close to the terminal as well!
